Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the original tags, labels, and protective stickers attached (if applicable).
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is recommended to retain proof of postage when returning items.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after approval.

If the item is not in its original condition, or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, qamir.top will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
